Privacy notice

JOINKY · 2026-10-06.1

The platform operator is joinky, Egypt. Contact joinkyapp@gmail.com or Help and privacy for account and platform-operation data, privacy requests and requests involving an organization. Organizations receive the information needed for the services you request and are responsible for their own use of that information.

We process account identifiers, verified sign-in information, profile name, optional contact/address details, organization roles, request answers, child/guardian details where a service needs them, private uploads, orders, payment records/proofs, fulfillment and attendance, messages, reports, preferences and operational security logs. We do not need your card security code or password for another service in a message or uploaded proof.

We use these data to authenticate users, operate requested services, communicate transaction changes, prevent abuse, maintain financial and audit records, and respond to data-rights requests. The required name comes from your profile. Other profile-backed contact/address fields are shared only according to the explicit controls shown in the request. Optional location for nearby results is a foreground fix or a point you choose; it is not background tracking or your saved delivery address. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to unrelated marketing or unlimited sharing.

Service operators see only the records allowed by their permissions. Other participants see messages you send to their community. Public posts and published business locations are public. Private child records and uploads are limited to the submitting guardian and authorized operators. Platform reviewers can inspect a reported item and its evidence; reports and reporter identities are not exposed in tenant audit or notification logs.

Infrastructure, storage, sign-in and notification providers process data needed for their functions; the current platform uses Google Cloud/Firebase and supports Google sign-in. Email delivery and any enabled payment/phone providers receive only the data needed for their configured function. We do not sell personal information. Cross-border hosting and processing may occur; applicable safeguards and required authorizations must be in place before production processing, particularly for sensitive and children's data.

You can edit your account contact details and preferences, block accounts, report content, and request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion through Help and privacy. Account export and deletion require a code sent to your verified email. Exports contain your profile, customer transactions, communications and available clean attachments; credentials, internal staff deliberations, other people's reports and organization-owned configuration are excluded. Download is authenticated and expires after 24 hours. Ask support about additional records or larger assisted exports. The initial substantive response target for reviewed rights requests is 30 calendar days, without limiting a shorter legal deadline.

Retention follows the separate retention notice. Service and financial snapshots are not silently rewritten when a profile is edited. Where a lawful obligation or dispute requires limited retention, the response should identify the category, reason, review date and access restriction. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that no incident will ever occur.
