Content review and support
JOINKY · 2026-10-06.1
Accountable owner: the JOINKY platform owner. Authorized active platform super-administrators handle the private review queue; organization ownership and catalog moderation do not grant access. The first reviewer who takes an action is recorded on the case. Until then it remains the responsibility of the platform-owner queue. A backup reviewer can take over using an audited decision.
Initial review targets are 24 hours for harmful-content and privacy reports and 72 hours for other reports. These are operational targets, not emergency-response guarantees. The recorded deadline stays visible in the case. Immediate threats should also be reported to the appropriate local emergency authority; do not wait for an app response.
Reviewers examine authorized evidence, record a reason, and may remove or restore content or restrict or restore posting/messaging. The reporter can follow the response. A request to reconsider a decision can be submitted through Help and privacy. Protect reporter identity and third-party data when writing a response. Review the need for closed-case evidence after 180 days under the retention policy.
Support and privacy requests have a 30-calendar-day initial substantive response target, without overriding shorter legal deadlines. Track them from the account page. This channel is not a claim of staffed 24-hour telephone support, legal representation or guaranteed compensation.
